New report on the mental health impact of living near to a visible disaster site
2 June, 2021

The HPRU has released a new report reviewing whether living near to a visible disaster site has an effect on mental health. Despite searching four academic databases for relevant evidence and sifting through 3,500 papers, very little peer-reviewed evidence was found, with only four papers being identified. The team recommend that more research is now needed on this important topic. You can read a copy of the full report here.
